Human Friendly Cobot
Active (non-passive) safety system uses continuous object detection at each joint of the arm. This stops the cobot arm, before it collides and is more practical than having to isolate robots in cages. It is also safer than passive safety on some robot arms which stops robots on collision.
Natural continuous (non-step) movement replaces stepped. This allows human counterparts to easily interpret movement trajectory, increasing collaboration efficiency.
M2 cobot arm module has multiple integrated encoders that self-calibrates its movement. This is compared to industry complex units that need periodical maintenance to maintain performance.
M2 cobot arm modules utilise an innovative design that allows them to be replaced with maximum ease. This could allow M2-based robot arms to maintain one another by replacing defective units with minimum downtime.
